We are looking for a Daycare Director for Touhula Vähärauma, Pori The role of a daycare director requires a self-directed and responsible approach to work. You will be responsible for the implementation of high-quality early childhood education in your daycare, customer and staff satisfaction, personnel management, and the profitability of operations. You will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the daycare and its pedagogical content. You will work in close cooperation with the team manager and other daycare directors in the region. Additionally, you will receive support from Touhula's support services. Your primary cooperation group consists of the families and staff of your daycare. You are aware that in early childhood education, we work in close cooperation with families, and you commit to excellent customer service when meeting new and current families. You support your staff in excelling in their work and enable a smooth daily routine for them. The work is hectic in nature and full of changing situations, which requires flexibility as well as excellent time management and organizational skills. The employment contract is conditional upon the presentation of an acceptable criminal record extract. The Communicable Diseases Act requires the clarification of the risk of tuberculosis infection for those working with children under school age.
