Fundraising Manager

UN Women Finland is seeking a Fundraising Manager to lead private fundraising with a focus on monthly giving, drive strategic growth, and build new revenue streams. The role combines strategic thinking, ambition, and meaningful social impact, with the opportunity to influence how more people, companies and communities participate in advancing women’s and girls’ rights. Key duties include leading private fundraising strategy, managing the fundraising team, growing revenues, developing corporate partnerships, participating in the organization’s leadership team, ensuring appropriate investments for growth, and handling fundraising governance and reporting. Requirements include proven experience in monthly donor-focused fundraising, experience with customer relationship management (Salesforce) and marketing automation, goal-oriented and analytical mindset, understanding of fundraising and marketing communications, interest in developing corporate partnerships and sales, and strong interpersonal skills with leadership ability.
