In our daycare you can feel a gentle and warm atmosphere, a good working climate and children's well-being. Our daycare comprises two buildings on the same plot: Lystilä and Hymylä. Our location is excellent! Ritaharju enables diverse excursion destinations year-round with nearby forests, parks, jogging track and library. Activities are planned on an adventure-based approach using imagination and all learning areas considered. Themed days are a big part of our yearly calendar. Each group has at least once a week access to a large gym and its diverse sports equipment. Our daycare has a field area and a fenced forest yard used daily. When starting, your group is on the Hymylä side, but we work together across the entire daycare, so colleagues and children from the Lystilä side will also become familiar with you. Your role as an Early Years Teacher: you are the pedagogical leader and an inspiring enabler for your team. You are responsible for planning your group’s activities and for a high-quality vasuprosessi in Touhula’s pedagogical annual plan, using Touhula Rhythm. Core tasks: Pedagogical leadership: responsible for everyday pedagogy, small-group activities and creating diverse and safe learning environments. Individual support: plan and assess support measures in cooperation with multi-professional networks. Customer experience: responsible for your team’s high-quality customer communication and a positive atmosphere that reaches families. Team support: develop an inclusive feedback culture and support colleagues in pedagogical work leveraging the team’s strengths. We offer the Early Years Teacher a competitive salary in the range of 2 792,02 – 3 293,23 €/month. Final salary depends on years of work experience and any personal pay supplements based on special expertise.
