Nurse

We are hiring a nurse for the Esperi Hoivakoti Herttuankulma in Turku for a permanent, full-time position. The facility is a modern care home for elderly and memory-impaired residents, opened in 2023, located in a calm residential area near Turku’s harbour and castle. Typical duties include administering medications and taking responsibility for medication management, developing nursing work and coordinating nursing processes, providing basic care tailored to residents’ needs, assessing and monitoring residents’ wellbeing, close collaboration with doctors, relatives and other stakeholders, guiding and supporting practical nurses in nursing tasks, and multidisciplinary cooperation to promote residents’ well-being. The role is a permanent, full-time position with 2-shift work including some evening shifts and 1–2 weekends every three weeks. Start as soon as possible or by agreement. Salary follows the private social services sector collective agreement; base salary for a nurse depends on experience within pay grade G24D and ranges from 2,811.09 € to 3,071.09 € per month (effective 1.9.2026).
