Responsibilities
- Act as SME for the country and manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers
- Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filings, approvals, and payments
- Ensure data integrity and quality
- Payroll journals/reconciliations
- Focus on KPIs and SLAs
- Mentor and support payroll specialists
- Back up regional managers during absences
Requirements
- End-to-end payroll processing in-house or via payroll provider
- Knowledge of payroll best practices
- DATEV experience
- Proficient with Excel/Google Suite
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving
- Ability to work asynchronously in a fast-paced international environment
- Fluent English
