About the role

This is a remote role with a global remit and asynchronous work culture. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, KPIs and SLAs focus, mentoring, and back-up coverage for regional managers. Requirements include DATEV experience, Excel/Google Suite proficiency, and fluent English.</p>

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Act as SME for the country and manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers
  • Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filings, approvals, and payments
  • Ensure data integrity and quality
  • Payroll journals/reconciliations
  • Focus on KPIs and SLAs
  • Mentor and support payroll specialists
  • Back up regional managers during absences

Requirements

  • End-to-end payroll processing in-house or via payroll provider
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices
  • DATEV experience
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Suite
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving
  • Ability to work asynchronously in a fast-paced international environment
  • Fluent English
