Health Care Assistant

Would you like to influence your own working hours? We are now looking for proactive and dedicated health care assistants in Lahti for shift work. You can work flexibly, for example alongside studies or another job. Join our team! Job duties include general health care assistant tasks, varying by unit and its level of difficulty. Shifts are mainly two-shift work across the week. We value motivated, proactive professionals who enjoy helping others. Vaccination according to Infectious Diseases Act is required for roles in customer and patient areas. What we offer: shift work provides an excellent opportunity to grow skills in a flexible way. We have a user-friendly mobile app to book shifts from home. Salary for shift work is €14.50–€17.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus 9% holiday pay and TES-based per-shift allowances. There are sometimes higher rates (e.g. €17–€18/h), occasional bonus campaigns, and a monthly employee award. Interviews can be arranged remotely.
