We are looking for a proactive and technically curious Technical Customer Support Contractor (6 months) to join our team. In this role, you will combine user-facing communication with technical investigation, system awareness, and operational ownership. You will support users via email and other channels, troubleshoot issues related to wallet functionality, payments, and security, and contribute to incident response, monitoring, and operational improvements. Responsibilities include technical triage, monitoring, incident support, system analysis, access support, cross-team collaboration, automation, community monitoring, and more. Qualifications include 2–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto support, ability to explain technical concepts, troubleshooting APIs and systems, familiarity with payment and crypto wallets, monitoring tools, system architecture, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
