Cleaner

We are seeking careful cleaners for Saariselkä's winter season. The position takes place in high-standard accommodations where cleanliness is required to a higher standard. We are primarily looking for one experienced cleaner for regular work. The role requires previous cleaning experience; experience in lodging or hotel cleaning is especially advantageous. A driving licence is mandatory for this role. The position may also include on-call shifts, with separate compensation. We are also recruiting extra staff for the busiest days. In busy periods prior cleaning experience is beneficial, but the most important qualities are meticulous work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Work begins around mid-November 2026 and continues into spring 2027. Regular worker workload is estimated at about 25–37 hours per week, with work on both weekdays and weekends. Good Finnish language skills are required, as work instructions and internal communication are in Finnish. Pay is determined by job description, experience and skills.
