Lawyer

We are seeking a Lawyer for our client in Vantaa for a permanent, full‑time position. The attorney will handle civil disputes and criminal cases in a practical manner, independently or with the team, and participate in managing client instructions. The role offers diverse and challenging assignments, with support from experienced colleagues and opportunities to grow a long-term career in a respected law firm. Responsibilities include independently handling company engagements, complex civil and/or criminal matters, and ensuring high‑quality client service. The team values expertise, collaboration, and accountable, thorough work. Requirements include permission to perform court proceedings or eligibility to obtain it, practical experience with trials and courtroom work, ability to manage disputes from start to finish, excellent written expression and careful document drafting, willingness to take on company engagements, entrepreneurial mindset and client/service orientation, flexibility in changing situations, and interest in real estate dispute resolution as a plus.
