Quantity Surveyor

TP- palvelu is seeking a skilled quantity surveyor for flexible collaboration (freelance or flexible project work). The role is fully location-independent; you define your own hours and work from a place you choose. You will focus on pure quantity surveying, producing accurate bill of quantities from plans for projects, and, depending on experience, creating pre-bid requests based on quantity surveys. You will be a critical part of our process, delivering high‑quality data that clients trust, while contributing to shaping the future of our tendering software and processes through AI and automation. Requirements include a solid, practical routine in construction quantity surveying, strong software skills, suitable education, ability to work independently with sound problem solving, and excellent remote-work capabilities.
