About you We’re seeking a proactive and independent developer with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Required Skills & Experience: Strong problem-solving mindset, a proactive can-do attitude, and a continuous learning mindset – always eager to explore new technologies and approaches to tackle evolving challenges. Experience building and maintaining business-critical applications. 1+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software focusing on frontend development. Node js, Typescript knowledge, React frontend application development. Basic experience with client-server architectures, backend API development, and system integration solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Based in Finland, the capital area, you must be legally authorized to work in Finland. Relevant university-level education in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields. Additional Valued Skills You leverage agentic coding to ensure efficiency, while keeping eye on security and robustness of the software. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices. Understanding of optimization theory and algorithms, including deterministic and stochastic approaches. Knowledge of security best practices, IAM/CIAM, and integration patterns. Participation in hackathons, programming contests, or open-source projects.
