About the role

Primary Job Responsibilities: • Act as the technical point of contact for partner inquiries and be the face of Red Hat when interacting with partners. • Provide technical support for our products, leveraging support and development teams as needed. • Feed back bugs and feature requests to product teams and the open source community, driving fixes and improvements. • Regularly conduct meetings to discuss support cases and business status, with occasional in-person sessions. • Provide information on critical bugs and workarounds to prevent issues. • Conduct quarterly service reviews to ensure the level of support meets expectations. • Collaborate with other departments to solve design and technical education challenges for using our products. Required Skills: • Knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform or Kubernetes and hands-on experience in design, build, and operation. • 3+ years of experience in technical leadership roles such as support engineer, systems engineer, solution architect or consultant with customers/partners. • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders. • Native-level Japanese and business-level English. Nice to Have: • Knowledge of RH products (RHEL, OpenStack Platform, Ansible), enterprise system management, cloud or middleware experience. • Experience designing, building and maintaining enterprise systems, cloud or middleware. • CS/Engineering degree. • RHCE certification and other listed enterprise capabilities.
