We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor for a client in Lahti. The role involves supervising cleaning tasks at a construction site, supporting workers, and acting as a liaison between the site and the cleaning team. The supervisor will ensure smooth progress, division of work, and quality, attend meetings and inspections, and will need to oversee cleaning at a P1-level site. Finnish language skills are essential as safety instructions and training are provided in Finnish. Requirements include prior experience as a cleaning supervisor at a P1 site, a valid safety card, a proactive and responsible work attitude, good collaboration and organizational skills, strong Finnish language ability, and willingness to participate in hands-on cleaning duties.
