
Sales Operation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive smooth and efficient sales processes in the Italian market. In this role, you will support our local Sales and Marketing teams with a variety of organizational and administrative tasks, helping to optimize workflows, coordinate key activities, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.What you will be doingSupport and collaborate with the EMEA Sales Operations team, with a primary focus on the day-to-day operational, organizational, and administrative support of the Italian Sales Team.Maintain and update Go-to-Market materials, sales tools, price lists, and commercial documentation.Coordinate sales programs, promotional activities, and special commercial agreements, ensuring timely execution and communication.Manage product master data and prepare sales reports, analyses, and business insights.Create and maintain regular sales reports, analyses, and performance dashboards using SAP, Analysis for Excel and SAC.Manage and support the Elastic Suite B2B platform, including user administration, training, and day-to-day support.Manage the processing and administration of sample and demo/test orders.Support local marketing activities and events in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.What you need to succeed2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or a similar role supporting a B2B sales organization.Experience working with sales reporting, commercial data, pricing, or product master data.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reporting; experience with SAP, Analysis for Excel, SAC, or similar business systems is an advantage.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.Fluent in Italian and English.Passion for skiing and winter sports, with a genuine interest in our products and industry.
