As Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the product roadmap, shaping the Web-to-App funnel, defining activation, leading Day 0 onboarding, planning marketing and sales, opening new markets, and collaborating with various teams to drive growth. Requirements include a strong commercial mindset with experience in digital products or subscription models, product ownership, knowledge of growth marketing, and fluency in English and conversational Finnish; a business degree and an interest in knitting/crafts are pluses. Requirements
- A strong commercial mindset and experience developing and launching digital products, platform-based business or mobile apps
- Product ownership and project management skills
- Knowledge of growth marketing and subscription business models
- Fluency in English and conversational Finnish are required
