Responsibilities
- lead multiple simultaneous projects
- plan and deploy heating/pumping systems
- coordinate with customers and partners
- monitor timelines, resources, and materials
- support installers
- site visits
- monitor costs and quality
- coordinate commissioning and handovers
- resolve complaints and deviations
- continuous improvement with the team
Requirements
- experience in supervision of projects
- technical background in HVAC/building services/energy/electrical/construction
- ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- systematic and responsible work approach
- strong interpersonal skills
- customer-oriented approach
- interest in energy efficiency and heat pump solutions
- Finnish language skills
- B driving license
- willingness to travel occasionally
