Project Supervisor

Two project supervisor positions have been opened for LämpöYkkönen in Jyväskylä and Vantaa to support growing B2B operations. The role involves overseeing heat pump and energy-saving installation projects for corporate customers, housing associations, commercial properties, and industrial sites. The work is primarily office-based, focusing on project planning, coordination, and problem solving, with regular site visits and occasional travel mainly along the Oulu–Jyväskylä–Vantaa axis. You will manage your own client relationships and projects with support from an experienced project supervision team, technical experts, sales, and the broader B2B organization. Responsibilities include design, implementation, and deployment from planning to commissioning, leading multiple concurrent projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard. A typical day includes project planning, design of energy-saving solutions with your team, customer and partner meetings, scheduling, resource and materials coordination, coordinating installers’ work, site visits, tracking costs and quality, commissioning and handovers, handling complaints and deviations, and continuous improvement in collaboration with the team. Successful outcomes are reflected in satisfied customers and smooth collaboration with clients, installers, and the organization. You will have responsibility for your own projects and decisions while benefiting from the broader organization’s expertise. Enthusiastic candidates with a technical background in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or energy sectors and experience in project leadership or contracting are preferred. Travel readiness and Finnish language skills are required.
