Visual Production Designer

What You'll Do: Create scalable printed and digital assets that reinforce our visual language and company values, which can be adapted across Verkada's diverse portfolio. Collaborate with industrial design and hardware engineering teams to create clean, consistent packaging and label artwork. Prepare production-ready files and oversee proofing and production processes to ensure accuracy and quality. Manage vendor communications by providing clear artwork and dieline specifications, coordinating feedback, and resolving production issues. Conduct vendor site visits and press checks to review proofs, validate materials, and address production challenges. Evaluate production samples for color, material, and print accuracy, documenting results and driving corrective actions. Develop and manage design libraries and define specifications for creatives to work against. Identify, document, and implement process improvements across creative, production, and vendor workflows to increase efficiency and quality at scale. Manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight schedules while upholding high design standards.
