Early Childhood Education Teacher

This job posting is for a permanent position as an early childhood teacher at Maitorpan day care, located in Vantaa. The unit operates four groups of children and emphasizes small-group activities in accordance with the early childhood education plan. Responsibilities include planning a sak-day per rotation for teachers and ensuring common sak-time weekly for all teachers. The unit seeks a candidate who is interested in positive group work with early-childhood education (ProVaka), multilingual and multicultural collaboration, and pedagogical play with the use of images to support communication. We expect leadership of your own team and cooperation to support overall child growth and well-being, a constructive and development-oriented approach in teamwork, and active participation in interviews during the recruitment period.
