The position is a fixed-term maternity leave substitute for a full-time childcare worker at the Kilterin day care, starting 10 August 2026 and ending 31 December 2026 (notice period as per agreement). The work is three-shift, 38 h 15 min per week. The daycare offers a diverse pedagogical program for children in everyday moments, including evenings and weekends. It is located in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, with modern, accessible facilities, including a large gym, studio, science room, and a large two-story yard supporting outdoor pedagogy. We expect applicants to be committed and motivated, have good Finnish language skills, and have prior early childhood education experience as an asset. The position requires compliance with KVTES collective agreement and certain background checks, including a police background check and possible drug test. Salary is 2610.95–2684.59 EUR/month with a seniority allowance of 3–8% based on previous experience. The recruitment process may include a video interview.
