Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Platform Core's Terraform infrastructure
- Run Platform Core as an internal product
- Collaborate with Security Engineering
- Steer compute migration from ECS/Fargate to Kubernetes
- Manage and grow the team
- Coordinate with future SRE team
Requirements
- 7–10 years in software or infrastructure engineering
- Hands-on Terraform, multi-account AWS
- Experience running internal platform infrastructure
- Proven hiring and development track record
- Datadog or similar observability experience
- Strong cross-team communication
