We are preparing for a busy late autumn, from the end of September to December. We are looking for a study or career guidance counselor to help our immigrant clients move forward. You will support and guide clients in choosing a field and planning their careers. You will encourage your clients. You will assist in applying for education. You will guide, advise, and activate the client. You will map their skills, competencies and needs. You will work face-to-face with the client; remote work is not possible. We seek a university-educated practitioner who knows the local networks in the Varsinais-Suomi region. We will also consider formally unqualified applicants with appropriate understanding of the challenges of a short-term position.
