Personal Assistant

Do you enjoy helping other people and want meaningful work? We are seeking personal assistants for gig work at Kotipalvelu Mehiläinen in Utajärvi. As a personal assistant you will help our clients in their daily activities in tasks where their disability or illness requires assistance. Your duties may include: assisting with daily chores such as housekeeping, cooking, laundry and dressing; assisting with hobbies and activities outside the home, for example grocery shopping, errands and various recreational activities. We are currently hiring for shifts mainly on weekdays and during daytime. You can influence the number of your shifts; we take your wishes and your life situation into account. We expect from assistants reliability, proactive attitude and ability to commit to the role long-term. Prior work experience or training in social- and health-care is valued, but not mandatory. The job requires good Finnish language skills to communicate with clients. At Kotipalvelu Mehiläinen you will use the OmaTyö app to receive assistance shifts and to report hours worked.
