Site Supervisor

We are seeking a site supervisor for a renovation project in Rovaniemi. The role requires a suitable university degree in the field, at least four years of experience in supervision at a lead level, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, organizational ability, and an autonomous and proactive work attitude. Your duties will include traditional site supervision tasks such as overseeing work, scheduling, and resource allocation. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client on a permanent basis. Start date is by agreement. Salary negotiable based on experience. Requirements include a degree suitable for the field, at least four years of experience at a supervisory level, good interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work independently and responsibly, and proficient IT skills.
