Customer Service Representative

This position involves working in the winter settings of Pyhä ski resort, in both Pyhä Store and the ski rental locations. The fixed-term contracts run for the winter season 2026–2027. Duties include customer service, ticket sales, rental operations, sales work, pricing, and unpacking of products. Shifts include morning/evening hours and weekends. We are looking for a proactive person with a good attitude who can work as part of a team. Requirements include previous sales or rental experience, being proactive, and availability for evenings and weekends, particularly during peak seasons such as Christmas, winter holidays, and Easter. Extra points for familiarity with alpine ski and snowboarding equipment and interest in sports retail. The positions are fixed-term and start in November–December and end no later than April. We are hiring for 30h/week or 25h/week contracts, and also season helpers. The wage is according to the Ski Resort TES. Full onboarding will cover duties, the company, and other regional services at the start of the contract.
