About the role

We are seeking a cheerful and positive child caregiver for Lagstads daycare, focusing on the best interests of the child. You will work in a toddler group with children aged 3–5 years, together with a teacher, another caregiver and a support caregiver. Your tasks include care and upbringing, participation in planning activities, documentation and evaluation, and implementation of the planned. You participate in drafting and implementing the group’s early childhood education plan and ensure the child’s basic physical needs together with the rest of the staff. You are expected to be active and comfortable working independently in small groups. Work location and address: Lagstads daycare, Esbogatan 7, 02070 Esbo. Working hours: 38 hours 15 minutes per week. Collective agreement: AKTA General Municipal Collective Agreement. The position is temporary; it will be filled as soon as a suitable, eligible applicant is found.

  • Suitable basic degree in pedagogical activity and supervision, basic degree in social and health care or other equivalent qualification (e.g., child caregiver, daycare worker, or youth caregiver)
  • Excellent oral and written Swedish skills
