Product Manager

Sr. Product Manager - Location - US – O’Fallon, MO. Project Scope: We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Resilience & Risk Technology Leader to drive the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide resilience, risk, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities include: understanding regulatory regimes (DORA, PSD3, ECB guidance, SIPS); leadership in delivering large-scale regulatory or risk technology programs; communication with senior leaders, regulators, and external partners; analytical skills; resilience and secure-by-design practices; leveraging AI tools to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and reporting. Required Skills include deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and operational resilience; leadership in regulatory, risk, or technology transformation; stakeholder management; resilience engineering and secure architecture; experience with AI-driven solutions in risk and compliance. Pay range: $115,000- $125,000 per annum USD including bonuses; benefits include medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off.
