Team Lead Sales SME

Pennylane is building one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs and this role centers on leading a newly formed Sales team responsible for full-stack sales—from lead qualification to product demos and onboarding for SMEs, with a regional coverage model anchored from Berlin. The Team Lead Sales SME will ensure team success, recruit and ramp new Account Executives, coach for peak performance, and help shape Pennylane’s sales strategy. The role involves shaping regional coverage, up to about 10 trips per year, and leading a high-activity, high-performance sales culture. The position offers remote work within Germany with potential for Europe-wide travel and a blend of home and coworking space options. A strong English capability is required to conduct internal discussions and presentations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience, demonstrated team leadership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
