S-Manager

This posting advertises the S-Päällikkö coaching program run by S-ryhmä for Arina’s region. The program targets recent AMK graduates or those close to graduation with a background in commerce, who wish to develop into supervisory roles in retail. The training combines practical on- the-job learning at various stores, around 18 in-class days, online studies, reading professional literature, assignments, and potential development projects. Participants receive a dedicated mentor and will rotate through different roles and sites to build a broad understanding of the grocery trade. The program emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and development of leadership and coaching skills, culminating in a permanent full-time contract after selection. Salary during coaching is 2552 €/month plus sector-specific allowances. In addition, participants gain access to Arina’s and S-ryhmän benefits. Applicants should be willing to work shift work across multiple sites, including evenings and weekends, and be prepared to start careers in roles such as Sale Manager or Assistant Market Manager within Arina’s network.
