Building caretaker

We are looking for a building caretaker to strengthen our team in Sodankylä. In this role you will be responsible for property upkeep at our client sites. The caretaker duties are varied and comprise a balanced mix of building maintenance, minor repairs, and outdoor area upkeep. Work shifts are mainly weekdays between 6:00 and 16:00, but other hours are possible, especially in winter when snow duties depend on weather conditions. Additionally, there is a weekly on-call shift about every four weeks. The on-call shift requires 24/7 readiness to respond to tasks, and is compensated with a separate allowance. This is a full-time, permanent position and the start date is as soon as possible. The role offers at least the wage level 5 according to the Building Services Industry collective agreement (14.58 €/h) plus possible on-call allowances based on actual hours and any education supplement related to completed qualification. Personal pay increases based on competence can also be paid.
