We are looking for an Early Childhood Education Teacher to join the Keimolanmäen Daycare in Vantaa. The daycare operates a home-area model with six home areas, each with two child groups and dedicated spaces. The role involves implementing the early childhood education plan, supporting inclusive practice, and collaborating with a strong multi-professional team. You will work alongside other qualified preschool teachers, assistants, and specialists and participate in mentoring and onboarding. The unit emphasizes positive feedback-based guidance and inclusive culture. Daily collaboration with Keimolanmäen school includes shared facilities and spaces. We value a calm, positive, and professional working atmosphere where you contribute to developing our organizational culture. Typical shifts are from 7:50 to 16:09 with one full sak-day in the rotation and sak-time each week. Responsibilities include engaging with groups, supporting children’s growth and well-being, leadership within your own team, and contributing to an inclusive, linguistic-rich environment.

Requirements
- Interest in positively working with groups of young children in early childhood education (ProVaka).
