Pilke is seeking a kindergarten teacher for the new Ope+ role at Pilke Siru day care in Espoon Lintuvaara. The role starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Pilke Siru is a science-focused day care where children learn through play, exploration and moving in nature. The daily life emphasizes warm interaction, child-centered approach, hiking and growing a sustainable lifestyle. In the Ope+ role you work as a preschool teacher in a group of children and you also contribute to developing the entire day care's pedagogical approach. You plan, assess and develop pedagogical activities in collaboration with the day care leadership team and support high-quality early childhood education across the unit. The role suits you if you have a strong pedagogical approach, good communication skills and an active, development-oriented way of working. The job requires the qualification as a preschool teacher according to the Early Childhood Education Act and presenting a criminal record extract.
