ReOrbit is looking for a proactive and solutions-driven IT Administrator to support our growing team and help keep our technology running smoothly across all locations. As our IT Administrator, you will be the go-to person for ensuring a seamless IT experience for employees, both onsite and remotely. You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable systems, supporting modern workplace tools, and enabling the team to work efficiently and securely every day. Responsibilities include IT support for employees in Helsinki onsite and remotely, user support on Office 365 and Google Workspace, device installation and troubleshooting, managing IT tickets via Atlassian JIRA, administration of Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise Mobility, Security E3/E5, Google Workspace, Microsoft Cloud Infra, network support, shared mailbox and licensing management, user support on Microsoft Dynamics, documentation, IT inventory management, and device management with Microsoft Intune, Android, and Jamf. Skills and requirements include at least 5 years of experience in IT administration, security, infrastructure, and end-user support, excellent skills in Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google suite, managing Azure Active Directory, user onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft Intune, Atlassian products, and cybersecurity deployment.
