Construction Foreman

The tasks involve bid calculation and project execution. The job includes at least bidding, procurement, and cost planning; site experience is helpful to understand what is being calculated. Responsibilities also cover planning of works and logistics, leading projects according to skills, and contributing to development of the company and its products. There may be training to become a concrete miller. A strong IT skill set is important. Experience in construction is advantageous. Our projects are generally not large, so the ability to reliably handle a project from tender to final inspection (independently or as part of the team) is sought. There is also potential to handle project reporting as required. We have many machines and devices, so maintenance experience is a plus.
