Project Engineer

Project Engineer in the construction and contracting unit in Seinäjoki. The role supports advisory construction and project management tasks in diverse client projects, combining office work with on-site site visits. You will work as part of an experienced team of construction colleagues, gaining guidance and learning as you progress. The position is suitable for someone with a building construction education (e.g., construction engineer or site foreman) or in the later stages of studies, with about 1–2 years of practical experience from projects such as planning, construction site work, supervision, or procurement. Responsibilities include assisting with construction management, supervision and project management tasks in building projects, supporting and documenting project timelines, technical, quality and financial monitoring, preparing quality assurance and site inspections, and coordinating both office and site activities. The workweek includes office meetings, project coordination and documentation, on-site inspection rounds and contractor meetings with the support of more experienced colleagues. The role involves close cooperation with clients, designers, contractors and other project stakeholders.
