Retail Convenience Store Worker

ABC Kuortti is hiring a convenience store worker for a permanent employment relationship. The job time averages 30 hours per week. Start date to be agreed. At ABC you will perform diverse work in different areas of the store, both in the restaurant and in the market. Your days will include cashier work, shelf stocking, food preparation, serving dishes, and setting out buffet and vitrines. You will also help maintain the store’s ambience and cleanliness. The main task is to ensure every customer receives friendly and smooth service. You are the right person if you have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a desire to provide excellent customer service. Work at ABC is often fast-paced, so initiative, brisk work pace, and the ability to adapt to changing situations help you succeed. We value flexibility and willingness to do shift work. ABC Kuortti serves every day from 6:00 to 24:00, so shifts are morning, day, and evening. Prior experience in customer service or the restaurant sector is beneficial, but most important is the right attitude and willingness to learn. Pay is determined by the retail sector collective agreement and depends on your education and work experience, 10.88 - 14.57 €/h plus evening and weekend allowances. In addition, all employees belong to a profit-sharing circle, which can bring up to 1.10 euros more per hour worked.
