Personal Assistant

Personal assistant position at Onni for clients who need assistance with daily tasks due to illness or disability. You will help clients live their own lives, assisting with home chores and activities outside the home. Duties vary by client and depend on wellbeing and individual support needs. The role is varied and may include multiple clients and tasks in a single day. No prior training or experience is required; a right attitude, willingness to learn, and customer‑centered approach are valued. Everything is thoroughly orientated in Onni’s own Assistant Academy before starting, with ongoing guidance from your team supervisor. Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends, with shift lengths from two hours upward. You can work part-time or on a gig basis, schedules arranged to suit your life situation. First shift for the client may be an orientation shift; thereafter both you and the client assess the collaboration and compatibility. If needed, we will adjust things and find suitable solutions. You may work for multiple clients if schedules allow. We look at both client needs and your work wishes to fit together. To apply is easy; the application takes only a few minutes.
