We are seeking a permanent CNC machine operator for our Turenki factory. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of a CNC machining center, from programming and setting the machine to precise measurement of finished parts. Materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum and various special materials, depending on customer needs. You will work in a truly versatile environment where you can challenge yourself and apply your expertise broadly. Your main tasks include programming the CNC machining center and setting up the machine, selecting and changing tools and optimizing the machining process, producing individual parts and small-series from technical drawings, measuring finished parts and ensuring quality, and seamless collaboration with the rest of the production team. We expect solid CNC machining experience and the ability to read technical drawings independently. A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with routine programming and machine adjustments is valued. Experience in CAM programming and Fanuc control is particularly appreciated.
