STORE MANAGER TRAINEE WORK AT JYSK: - During the first year, you learn the work in different JYSK stores and take on projects related to the store manager role. - Goals guide your work: everyone has a clear direction and a desire to exceed expectations. - Varied workdays consist of sales, team leadership, warehouse work, customer service, and cashier work. - You will take on leadership and sales management tasks as your skills grow, working closely with a store manager and a mentor. - Weekly tasks include giving active feedback to the team. - Participation in a year-long training program with five week-long sessions at the Vantaa head office. - Requires good physical condition. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: - Motivation to work as a leader and lead the team by example. - Strength in training, onboarding, and giving active feedback. - Willingness to travel and work in different JYSK stores during the first year. - Ambition to become a store manager and flexibility to relocate if the opportunity arises (relocation costs supported). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Sales-oriented mindset and focus on exceeding targets. - Tolerance for unfinished tasks and ability to recover quickly from failures. - Flexibility regarding tasks and working hours (mornings, evenings, weekends). - Respectful colleague and committed merchant.
