Personal Assistant

Join ANNU Social Services! We are seeking a personal assistant for our young male client in Mikkeli. The employee should have a flexible and proactive approach to work. Experience in personal assistance or other social or health care tasks is advantageous but not required; the most important is the right attitude and interpersonal skills. The requirement is excellent Finnish language skills. If you feel that helping others is a calling, and you are sociable, reliable and proactive, you may be the right person. We look for an open, friendly, client-facing assistant. The client wishes for a genuine willingness to help, cooperation, reliability, respect for diversity and open-mindedness, good sense of timing and the ability to learn nonverbal communication. The client communicates with the help of assistive devices. We hope you can commit long-term. The work includes meaningful leisure assistance for the client, such as bowling, shopping, going to the cinema, concerts and cottage visits, and includes afternoon, evening and weekend shifts. The job includes helping with sauna. We offer flexible, meaningful paid work: you will have a supportive supervisor, and we provide orientation before tasks begin.
