Arctic Career is looking for energetic and responsible housing services multitaskers for Luosto for a client. The job combines cleaning, maintenance, customer service and practical maintenance tasks in accommodation sites, ensuring smooth daily life for guests. The role offers the possibility to combine varied, autonomous work with Lapland’s unique nature. Your duties include ensuring accommodations are clean, comfortable and ready for the next guests, cleaning between tenant turnovers, taking care of general cleanliness and comfort, small maintenance tasks, checking conditions and addressing deficiencies, customer communication and helping guests as needed, and phone coverage outside office hours. Shifts include a separate remuneration. Work is autonomous and responsible, but you will receive good onboarding and support when needed. You might be the right person if you are proactive, reliable and responsible; you tackle practical tasks boldly; you work carefully and systematically; you enjoy independent and varied work; you meet customers in a friendly and professional manner; you have a B-driver’s license; your Finnish is sufficient for the job. The employer’s car requires a C1 license; if you want to obtain C1, the employer covers about half of the license cost. Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, real estate or hospitality is an advantage, but the most important is a good attitude, initiative and a desire to keep accommodations high quality and welcoming.
