The role is to lead and support chimney sweeps in the field, ensuring high quality work, safety, and alignment with Nokikaveri's operating procedures. You will act as the professional support and central figure in developing the entire chimney sweeping business. Responsibilities include daily professional support and supervisory guidance for chimney sweeps, defining and monitoring quality standards, developing safe work practices, training new chimney sweeps, developing current staff capabilities and practical coaching, monitoring work quality and addressing deviations, developing work methods, guidelines, and training materials, and collaborating with HR and operational leadership. The role combines supervisory duties with practical chimney sweeping knowledge, and you will typically spend about two weekdays per week on field work training new employees at client sites. Other work time focuses on supervisory duties, quality and safety development, and skills leadership. Occasional travel across Finland is required. Reports to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily professional support and supervisory guidance to chimney sweeps
- Define, develop and monitor quality standards for chimney sweeping
- Develop and ensure safe work practices
- Orient and train new chimney sweeps
- Develop current staff capabilities and provide hands-on coaching
- Monitor work quality and address deviations
- Develop work methods, guidelines and training materials
- Collaborate with HR manager, other supervisors and operational leadership
- Work is part administrative and part hands-on chimney sweeping; typically two days per week on-site training with new employees at client locations
- Travel within Finland as needed
- Report to HR Manager
Requirements
- Must have completed chimney sweep professional qualification
- Strong practical experience in chimney cleaning
- High professional pride and a strong commitment to quality
- Good safety awareness
- Ability to mentor, orient and train others
- Firm but approachable demeanor
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally around Finland
