
The responsibilities include driving initiatives with accountability and urgency, building relationships across functions to support decision making, aligning stakeholders including senior leaders to support strategic initiatives, developing performance metrics and dashboards, leading multiple high-priority projects, and providing leadership to teams in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field, with relevant experience and/or industry certifications; experience across multiple sites including Spain; knowledge of OSHA and local safety standards; experience implementing health and safety programs in construction environments; IOSH or BCSP certification; experience delivering cross-functional programs and large civil/building projects. The position is onsite in Zaragoza with a base pay range €53,000–€107,000 per year.

Requirements

- IOSH or BCSP certification
- Experience delivering cross-functional programs and large civil/building projects
