Charge Nurse – Ryhmäkoti Salliva, Lohja Do you want to do meaningful work and develop high-quality housing services? We are seeking a Charge Nurse for a permanent position at Ryhmäkoti Salliva in Lohja. Ryhmäkoti Salliva provides 24-hour housing services for adults with mental health and substance abuse challenges. A large proportion of our residents actively use substances. Our operations are based on the Housing First principle, recovery orientation, and the open dialogue operating model. We meet every resident with respect and individuality, supporting their well-being and daily coping within a safe community. Role As the Charge Nurse, you will serve as the nursing expert for our unit and participate in the development of operations together with the service manager and a multidisciplinary work community. Your duties include, among others: - planning, monitoring, and developing medication therapy - assessing and monitoring the health status of residents - assessing the need for care and coordinating healthcare services - collaborating with primary healthcare, specialized medical care, and other partners - supporting and guiding staff in nursing-related matters - client documentation and developing high-quality recording practices - maintaining and developing the medication plan - participating in the development of self-monitoring, patient safety, and operating procedures - participating in the guidance of residents' daily lives and implementing a recovery-oriented approach as part of the work community. We hope for - a degree as a Registered Nurse (Bachelor of Health Care) - experience in mental health and substance abuse work - strong expertise in medication therapy - good interaction and collaboration skills - a development-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused approach to work - the ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary work community.
