We are looking for an experienced HR professional to take overall responsibility for the development of reward and salary systems in our wellbeing area. The role is particularly timely as we are currently preparing for the implementation and practical execution of new national salary systems. Reward, salary systems, and service relationship policy are central parts of our employer policy and employee experience. When structures, principles, and practices are clear, fair, and support the strategy, they strengthen supervisory work, employee trust, and the functioning of the entire organization. What will you do? You will be responsible for the development and overall functioning of reward and salary systems. You will act as the owner of the reward entity and ensure that reward structures, principles, and practices are fair, competitive, and support the wellbeing area's strategy. Initially, your work will focus specifically on ensuring the implementation of the SOTE agreement and HYVTES salary systems, post-implementation development, and supporting the organization in the change. Additionally, you will prepare and develop employer guidelines related to rewards and service relationships and support the formation of uniform practices throughout the organization. You will work closely with HR specialists, HR partners, management, and staff representatives. In this position, you will not act as a supervisor, but you will have broad expert responsibility and a significant impact on the development of the wellbeing area's employer policy. Your duties include: - development of reward and salary systems at the wellbeing area level - overall ownership of reward structures, principles, and practices - ensuring the smooth implementation of new salary systems and post-implementation development - preparation and development of employer guidelines related to rewards - expert support for collective agreements and reward-related questions - negotiation activities and cooperation with staff representatives in reward development - support for management and supervisors in salary-related questions What do we hope for from you? - strong experience in rewards and salary systems - good knowledge of collective agreements and labor legislation - experience in development projects, change situations, and putting things into practice - ability to influence, build a common vision, and support the organization in change - excellent cooperation and communication skills and a solution-oriented approach - experience in the implementation or development of salary systems is especially valued What kind of work community will you have? Terms of service are determined according to the General Collective Agreement for Wellbeing Services Counties (HYVTES).
