We are seeking to strengthen Planmeca Group’s marketing and communications team with a capable and proactive MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST. We are looking for an experienced communications professional who is eager to develop and implement external and internal communications. What the role is about: Planmeca and its subsidiary Plandentin’s 19-person Helsinki marketing team includes professionals in communications, graphic design and digital marketing who collaborate to build campaigns and materials and develop Planmeca and Plandentin brands. We operate in over 120 countries with local subsidiaries and distributors, so an international perspective is always present. Our team needs a skilled person to focus on producing high-quality textual content for external and internal audiences. External communications target healthcare professionals, where quality and accuracy play a significant role in strengthening a credible image, highlighting key messages, and supporting marketing campaign activities. In this role you will quickly contribute to design content for our Finland-focused marketing communications and analyze the impact of actions. Internal communications within the group are broad, including HR communications, intranet management via SharePoint, and employer branding. The role involves substantial content responsibilities in a global corporate group. This is a ~15-month parental leave cover. What we expect from you: suitable educational background (e.g., communications or languages); prior experience in producing high-quality, precise content; very fluent Finnish and English – other languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus; experience in internal communications or staff- or customer-magazine content; ability to work independently and proactively with quick response; ability to grasp abstract concepts and to absorb technical product information; willingness to deliver brand-aligned high-quality output with meticulousness; understanding of digital channels and measurement of implemented actions.
