Cloud Architect

The Senior Cloud Architect will be an integral part of our global Forward Deployment Engineering team. This role is based remotely in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Israel and is available to Full-Time Employees. The job is also open to contractors in Eastern Europe or Portugal. The Opportunity: As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will be part of our global Forward Deployed Engineering organization focusing on install base health, product adoption, and customer health. You will lead the design and implementation of production-grade ML and GenAI solutions on AWS, act as a hands-on expert for customers, translate complex business problems into cloud architectures, and evolve internal AI usage. Responsibilities include deep Cloud expertise, security, cost efficiency, reliability, and structured engagements; expert inquiries; and product/engineering contributions. You will work embedded inside the account team to deliver outcomes and mentor peers, and become a DCI expert. Qualifications: 4+ years of cloud AI/ML experience, strong AWS/GenAI expertise, MLOps, DevOps security, multi-cloud awareness, and excellent communication.
