Resident Physician

Your role Two positions for specialising physicians are available in the Dermatology responsibility area of Tyks hospital services. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, where you can develop your expertise broadly in dermatology and allergology. Your working environment will be Turku University Hospital, combining high-quality patient care with educational support. The positions are fixed-term. They will be filled for no longer than the period the applicant needs to complete the training required for specialist physician qualification. What we expect from you You must have the right to study in the specialist physician training programme in dermatology and allergology at the University of Turku. Eligibility for the positions requires a licence or permission to practise as a physician under Act 559/94 on Health Care Professionals. The application must include an account of completed and outstanding specialist training, separately specifying general and specialist training as well as service at a university clinic. Completed supplementary training, the amount of specialist training completed and scientific merits will be considered advantages when filling the positions. The language requirement is good spoken and written Finnish and satisfactory spoken and written Swedish.
