The new service will be a child welfare residential institution comprising two units in the same building, one for intensive care and one for special care. We are currently building new premises designed specifically for this purpose. The service is planned especially for children with individual support needs related to intellectual disabilities, developmental delays or neurodivergent traits. The grounds also include a school maintained by Naantali’s education services, where special education is provided for the children in the residential unit. To support your work, professional development and well-being, we offer: A work community where individual acceptance and mutual trust are the foundation of everything we do. An organisation that develops openly and boldly, where you can influence your work and the development of its tools. Research-based working methods and work-oriented continuing education through tailored learning paths at Sospro Academy, delivered in cooperation with TAMK. The salary follows grade G20C of the collective agreement for private social services (€2,493.06–€2,719.93). In addition to shift-related supplements, you may receive personal and task-specific pay supplements, for example for making use of your further training (€54.65–€163.95/month). A well-being benefit of €400 per year, along with varied efforts to recognise staff and organise shared events. We also have an incentive reward scheme that provides an extra reward for achievements, to be used for the work team’s well-being and recreation. As a night instructor, your duties include: Acting as a reliable instructor and responsible adult for young people. Carrying out household tasks and self-monitoring at night. Contributing your expertise to the whole work team. Working with young people’s parents, the school and other networks. Applicants must have a practical nurse qualification. The work is scheduled to begin in early January 2027. The selected applicant must present a criminal record extract required under the Act on Checking the Criminal Background of Persons Working with Children (505/2002). A category B driving licence and a social and healthcare professional card are required for the job. Interested? Get in touch or apply now!
