
As a BMS Engineer, you will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early-stage advisory and concept design to detailed engineering, commissioning, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Design and specification of Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) Development of smart building and automation strategies Control and integration of HVAC, lighting, energy monitoring, security, fire alarm and other building systems Preparation of technical specifications, control descriptions, and engineering documentation Development and review of network architectures and communication protocols Participation in commissioning, testing and system validation Energy optimization and operational performance analysis Client advisory services and technical leadership in multidisciplinary projects Supporting digital twin and smart building initiatives We are looking for an ambitious engineer who combines technical expertise with a strong customer focus and a passion for innovation. Deep specialist expertise in building automation with a developed overall understanding of how the building's technical installations and systems interact. Create optimal functional relationships and integrations between HVAC, Electrical and control systems and have a central role in installation coordination, to ensure that technical system solutions and construction support both the business's needs, energy efficiency and long-term operation in Nordic conditions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in BMS, building automation, industrial automation or smart building systems
